This section of the website will cover topics outside of the canon of the games, including fandom events, fan opinion, company controversies, and displays of fan content.

Cheritz has always had a reputation of being interactive and caring towards fans, with swift and professional customer service. On the Dandelion website, there is a showcase of fanart and fanfiction, they have held (and still do hold) many free giveaways and raffles of extra content and merchandise. The addition of Another Story to Mystic Messenger - two brand new routes with new storylines, characters and alternate timelines - was also a result of Cheritz's attentiveness to fan voices.

Cheritz fans in turn have also shown passion and dedication to the games and company in their own fan creations, including art, theories, fanfictions, AMVs and more. Notable fan events include Cheritz Appreciation Week, along with character tournaments.
